PTE (Pearson Test of English)

The Pearson Test of English (PTE) is a well-recognized English language proficiency exam, much like IELTS, but it emphasizes assessing multiple skills together. It evaluates your listening, reading, writing, and speaking abilities in an integrated format. PTE is widely accepted for university admissions, immigration, and employment—especially in countries like Australia, the UK, and the USA.

Types of PTE:

  • PTE Academic – Designed for individuals applying for higher education or immigration pathways.
  • PTE General – Focuses on everyday English usage and is typically used for general communication or workplace purposes.

Why Choose PTE?

  • Fully Computer-Based: The test is conducted entirely on a computer, including speaking responses, and is scored by an AI-based system for faster and more consistent results.
  • Skill Integration: PTE often evaluates two skills at once—for example, listening and writing—offering a more practical measure of your language proficiency.
  • Quick Results: Test-takers usually receive their scores within 2 to 5 business days.

Structure of PTE Academic:
